THIS IS HOW WE AWAKEN THE IBERIAN SENSE IN THE FRENCH MEDIA

Last December 2022, we wanted to bring together the main French media to discover that unmistakable flavor, texture and aroma that make Iberico Ham a unique gourmet product in Europe and the world.

To achieve this, we organized a “Media Tasting Table Event ” in Paris, where several journalists were able to awaken their Iberian Sense through tasting a menu prepared by the French chef Amandine Chaignot, chef of the renowned Pouliche restaurant , winner of the ” Bocuse” award. d’Or ”, in the competition « bocuse d’or France», named “ Chevalier de l’Ordre des Arts et des Lettres ” by the French Ministry of Culture, and jury of Masterchef France.

In the words of the chef herself, “ Iberian Ham for me is the best of all hams. It is a memory of great meals and gatherings with friends. It is also a reference point when you travel around the world, for sure you will never be disappointed. In my kitchen, I use it on its own, with a glass of wine for an aperitif, or as a condiment… It is such a durable and powerful product that it can be a little extra to finish off a recipe. A few shavings on eggs and mayonnaise, on a salad, and it changes everything!”

All this versatility was enjoyed by journalists from the main French media, while they discovered the campaign “Iberian Hams from Spain, Ambassadors of Europe in the world. Wake up your Iberian Sense”.
