THE IBERIAN SENSE AWAKENS IN THE GRAND FINAL OF THE CHEF OF THE YEAR CONTEST

On December 20, 2022, a showcooking took place in Madrid starring the Iberian Hams of Spain, and prepared by 3 international chefs, with a Michelin star; the chef Ambassador of the campaign, Christian Sturm-willms , Miguel Ángel de la Cruz, and Margaux Baju representing Amandine Chaignot.

Through their elaborations, these 3 prestigious chefs valued the infinite gastronomic possibilities of Iberian Ham, based on its unmistakable flavor, aroma and texture.

The media attending the event were able to taste these and other elaborations with the Iberian Ham as the protagonist, thus awakening their Iberian Sense, in addition to discovering everything about the Iberian Hams of Spain, from the hands of experts in the sector.

This action was part of the campaign “Iberian Hams from Spain, Ambassadors of Europe in the World”, promoted by ASICI, with the support of the EU.
