THE IBERIAN SENSE AWAKENS AT THE TASTE OF PARIS GASTRONOMIC EVENT

A unique gourmet product of European gastronomy , such as Iberian Ham, could not be missing at one of the most important gastronomic events in France, both nationally and internationally, such as the Taste of Paris.

This fair, which was held on May 12, 13, 14 and 15, 2022, at the Grand Palais Éphémère , a prestigious temporary exhibition hall on the Champ de Mars, located in the center of the city of Paris, brings together the most prestigious chefs in the country every year to offer attendees their creations, and show the use of the best products gourmets, among which the Iberian Ham could not be missing.

Within the campaign “Iberian Hams from Spain, Ambassadors of Europe in the world. Wake up your Iberian Sense”, promoted by ASICI, with the support of the EU, we were present at this fair as a sponsor.

We carry out different activities, such as a showcooking starring our ambassador chef, Amandine Chaignot, as well as a product tasting.

The fair, which brought together a total of more than 1,000 attendees, was a unique opportunity to further internationalize Spanish Iberian Hams, show their differential qualities, and also to awaken the Iberian Sense in all attendees.
