THE IBERIAN SENSE AWAKENS AMONG THE BEST CHEFS IN SPAIN
Hams from Spain, as a gourmet product of Spanish and European gastronomy, could not be missing in an event as emblematic as the Euro-Toques assembly, an international organization that integrates more than 3,500 chefs from 18 countries, with the aim of protect Europe’s culinary heritage.
On this occasion, Jamones Ibéricos de España sponsored the assembly, which was held from April 17 to 26, 2022, in a space as unique and with as much history as the Alcázar de Toledo.
An unrepeatable opportunity, and in an incomparable setting, to convey to the more than 200 international chefs who attended the event, the differential values of Iberian Ham, as well as to present the most ambitious project in the Iberian sector in its entire history: “James Ibericos from Spain, Ambassadors of Europe in the world. Wake up your Iberian Sense”.
Attendees were able to find out all the details about the product, the European project and the internationalization of the sector, through this program, led by Antonio Prieto, president of the Interprofessional del Cerdo Ibérico (ASICI), as well as discover the campaign through through viewing the spot, and of course, awakening your Iberian Sense through the various product tastings that were carried out.
An act that further reinforced the agreement reached between Jamones Ibéricos de España and Euro-Toques to promote the restoration and consumption of Iberian Ham, and which served to awaken the Iberian Sense among one of the greatest allies to achieve this goal: chefs .
