SHOWCOOKING INTERNATIONAL

On 1 March, Seville became the world capital of haute cuisine and Jamón Ibérico, with a unique event in which 18 internationally renowned chefs from countries as diverse as France, Germany, Mexico and China, along with Spain, worked together to give free rein to their imaginationsand create the most original and delicious recipe using Jamón Ibérico as one of its main ingredients. Our most international product was the star of 12 culinary creations representing these 5 countries as well as 5 different ways of interpreting one of the most appreciated foods in the world: Jamón Ibérico.
