Christian Sturn Willms is the ambassador of the new Eurasian fusion cuisine, and in 2013 he was crowned winner of the Chef of the Year competition.

He is the head chef of the Yunico* restaurant at Kameha Grand Bonn, where he combines Japanese elements with those of modern Mediterranean cuisine.

Its balanced combination of different flavours makes its dishes a taste experience. The critic Gault Millau describes Christian Sturn Willms’ dishes as a Japanese ink drawing, ”creating entire landscapes through intelligent brushstrokes”.
