THE IBERIAN SENSE AWAKENS IN BERLIN TO KICK OFF THE THIRD YEAR OF THE CAMPAIGN

On 14 June 2023, we presented in Berlin the most ambitious project of the Iberian sector in its history: “Jamones Ibéricos de España, Embajadores de Europa en el mundo. Awaken your Iberian Sense”.

The event was attended by the Spanish Ambassador to Germany, Ricardo Martínez Vázquez; the President of Interprofesional del Cerdo Ibérico, Raúl García, and the chef ambassadors of the campaign: the Spanish chef with two Michelin Stars Mario Sandoval, and the prestigious German chef with Michelin Star Christian Sturm-Willms.

A unique opportunity to discover the campaign, and to learn first-hand about the differential qualities of this unique gourmet product, in Europe and the world, from professionals in the sector.

The event was the starting point of the third year of promotion of this campaign, and brought together various talents from the kitchen, such as the aforementioned Mario Sandoval and Christian Sturm-Willms, as well as the German chef Michael Kempf. Authentic references of haute cuisine who delighted the attendees with a tasting menu with Iberian ham as the star ingredient.

All of this to continue to awaken the Sentido Ibérico in Germany, Europe, and the world.
