THIS IS HOW WE AWAKEN THE IBERIAN SENSE IN THE GERMAN MEDIA

Last November 2022, we wanted to bring together the main German media to discover that unmistakable flavor, texture and aroma that make Iberian Ham a unique gourmet product in Europe and the world.

To achieve this, we organized a “Media Tasting Table Event ” in Hamburg, where several journalists were able to awaken their Iberian Sense by tasting a menu prepared by the German chef with a Michelin star Christian Sturm-Willms , ambassador of the new fusion cuisine. Eurasian, and winner of the Chef of the Year contest in 2013.
