Aujourd\u2019hui, c\u2019est devenu une r\u00e9f\u00e9rence pour <strong>les professionnels du secteur de la gastronomie et de l\u2019h\u00f4tellerie,<\/strong> ainsi qu\u2019un \u00e9v\u00e8nement incontournable pour d\u00e9couvrir <strong>les derni\u00e8res tendances culinaires<\/strong>. global_colors_info=\u00a0\u00bb{}\u00a0\u00bb sticky_enabled=\u00a0\u00bb0&Prime;]<\/p>\n<p>En tant <strong>qu&rsquo;ambassadeurs de l&rsquo;Europe<\/strong> dans le monde, les <strong>Jamones Ib\u00e9ricos d&rsquo;Espagne<\/strong> ne pouvaient pas manquer <strong>la plus grande foire alimentaire du monde<\/strong>, ANUGA, qui se tient tous les deux ans \u00e0 <strong>Cologne, en Allemagne<\/strong>, et qui a eu lieu cette ann\u00e9e <strong>du 9 au 13 octobre<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Au cours de ces journ\u00e9es, nous avons pu <strong>r\u00e9veiller le sens Ib\u00e9rico des visiteurs, qui ont pu conna\u00eetre les valeurs distinctives du produit, appr\u00e9cier des d\u00e9gustations sensorielles de Jam\u00f3n Ib\u00e9rico et une d\u00e9monstration en direct de l&rsquo;art de la coupe par notre ma\u00eetre coupeur.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Dans le cadre de l&rsquo;\u00e9v\u00e9nement, nous avons dispos\u00e9 d&rsquo;un <strong>restaurant<\/strong> d&rsquo;une capacit\u00e9 de <strong>100 convives<\/strong>, qui ont d\u00e9gust\u00e9 les diff\u00e9rents <strong>plats pr\u00e9par\u00e9s<\/strong> par des <strong>chefs prestigieux<\/strong>, avec comme protagonistes les <strong>Jamones<\/strong> et les <strong>viandes Ib\u00e9ricos<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Par ailleurs, cette foire a \u00e9galement accueilli la c\u00e9l\u00e8bre <strong>Kitchenparty Champions Edition, une f\u00eate gastronomique<\/strong> \u00e0 laquelle nous avons particip\u00e9 \u00e0 travers <strong>notre chef ambassadeur allemand, Christian Sturm-Willms<\/strong>, qui a pr\u00e9par\u00e9 diff\u00e9rents <strong>plats gastronomiques<\/strong> \u00e0 base de <strong>Jam\u00f3n et de viande Ib\u00e9ricos<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Au cours de l&rsquo;\u00e9v\u00e9nement, <strong>chacun des 6 finalistes du prix \u00ab Chef de l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e \u00bb a re\u00e7u un Jam\u00f3n Ib\u00e9rico.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Toute une <strong>exp\u00e9rience autour des Jamones Ib\u00e9ricos d&rsquo;Espagne<\/strong> qui a r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 <strong>r\u00e9veiller le sens ib\u00e9rique chez les milliers de participants \u00e0 la foire.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][et_pb_row column_structure=\u00a0\u00bb1_4,1_4,1_4,1_4&Prime; L&rsquo;\u00e9v\u00e9nement, qui s&rsquo;est tenu dans la ville allemande de Bonn, les 17, 18, 19 et 20 juillet 2021, a r\u00e9uni plus de 2 000 personnes, qui ont pu appr\u00e9cier les demi-finales de ce c\u00e9l\u00e8bre concours, ainsi que les pr\u00e9parations du chef Christian Sturm-Willms et du chef Diego Lira Manarelli, avec le Jam\u00f3n Ib\u00e9rico comme protagoniste.
