On 4 December, the campaign \u2018Jamones Ib\u00e9ricos<\/em> from Spain. Ambassadors of Europe in the World\u2019<\/strong>, led by ASICI and the EU<\/strong>, organised a spectacular gastronomic event at the Escuela Superior de Hosteler\u00eda de Sevilla<\/strong>. Michelin-starred chef Mario Sandoval<\/strong>, the campaign\u2019s global ambassador, led a unique sensory tasting of Jam\u00f3n Ib\u00e9rico<\/em>, accompanied by leading chefs, focusing on the preparation of original culinary proposals that demonstrate the versatility of this universal gourmet product.<\/p>\n Eight great chefs gave free rein to their imaginations and turned their ideas into original creations, all of which highlighted the many ways in which Jam\u00f3n Ib\u00e9rico<\/em> can be used in haute cuisine<\/em>.
