Ambassadors of Europe in the World\u201d, at the Spanish Embassy in Paris.<\/p>\n<p>A <strong>special event<\/strong> for <strong>one of the most iconic products of European cuisine<\/strong>, which was attended by the <strong>Spanish Ambassador to France<\/strong>, Victorio Redondo, together with the <strong>Chairman of Interprofesional del Cerdo Ib\u00e9rico<\/strong>, Antonio Prieto, and the <strong>Chef Ambassadors of Jam\u00f3n Ib\u00e9rico<\/strong>, the Spanish chef with two Michelin stars, <strong>Mario Sandoval<\/strong>, and the prestigious French chef <strong>Amandine Chaignot<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>A <strong>unique opportunity<\/strong> in an <strong>unparalleled setting<\/strong>, to awaken the <strong>Ib\u00e9rico Sense<\/strong> <strong>in France<\/strong>. Over the past year, this country has become <strong>the main international market for Spanish cured hams and shoulders<\/strong>, with sales exceeding <strong>111 million euros<\/strong> and an annual <strong>growth of 11.7%<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>During his speech, the <strong>Ambassador of Spain in France<\/strong>, Victor Redondo, stressed that <strong>\u201cJamones Ib\u00e9ricos from Spain are high-quality food products<\/strong>. A cultural and social landscape made up of farmers, industrialists and companies that represent the identity of Spanish production in the world\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>The <strong>Chairman of ASICI<\/strong>, Antonio Prieto, added that <strong>\u201cJam\u00f3n Ib\u00e9rico has become an iconic product that has surpassed the limits of gastronomy to become an authentic cultural emblem of Europe, Spain and the healthy Mediterranean diet\u201d<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>On the other hand, <strong>French chef Amandine Chaignot <\/strong>said that <em>Jam\u00f3n Ib\u00e9rico<\/em> is synonymous with great meals and get-togethers with friends.
