Today, it has become a prestigious award among <strong>professionals in the gastronomy and hospitality sector<\/strong>, as well as an unmissable event to learn about the <strong>latest culinary trends<\/strong>. sticky_enabled=&#8221;0&#8243;]<\/p>\n<p>As <strong>Ambassadors of Europe in the world<\/strong>, it was only natural that <strong>Jamones Ib\u00e9ricos from Spain<\/strong> were featured at the <strong>largest food fair in the world, ANUGA.<\/strong> The event, held every two years in <strong>Cologne, Germany,<\/strong> took place this year <strong>from 9 to 13 October<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>During the fair, we were able to <strong>awaken the \u201cSentido Ib\u00e9rico\u201d of visitors, who were able to learn about the distinguishing values of the product, enjoy sensory tastings of Jam\u00f3n Ib\u00e9rico and a live exhibition of the art of slicing at the hand of our master slicer.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>At the event we had a <strong>restaurant<\/strong> with capacity for <strong>100 diners<\/strong>, who tasted the various <strong>dishes prepared by the prestigious chefs<\/strong>, with <strong>Jamones Ib\u00e9ricos<\/strong> and <strong>Carnes Ib\u00e9ricas [Iberian Meats]<\/strong> taking the starring role.<\/p>\n<p>The fair also included the well-known <strong>\u201cKitchenparty Champions Edition\u201d, a culinary party<\/strong> that we took part in through <strong>our German chef ambassador, Christian Sturm-Willms<\/strong>, who prepared various <strong>gourmet dishes<\/strong> based on <strong>Jam\u00f3n Ib\u00e9rico and Carnes Ib\u00e9ricas.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>During the event, <strong>each of the 6 finalists for the \u201cChef of the Year\u201d award<\/strong> was presented with <strong>a Jam\u00f3n Ib\u00e9rico.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A true <strong>experience when it comes to Jamones Ib\u00e9ricos from Spain,<\/strong> managing to <strong>awaken the \u201cSentido Ib\u00e9rico\u201d of the thousands of people attending the fair.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][et_pb_row column_structure=&#8221;1_4,1_4,1_4,1_4&#8243;
